Customers may find this menu more expensive in comparison to the SPECIAL MENU due to a larger range of different foods. There tends to be a lot more specialities on this menu. It gives top of the range foods which include Lobster, Duck stuffed with prawn paste, sizzlings etc.
However, if customers would like the chef to cook a particular dish to their specification, just let the waiter or waitress know and it can be done.
